Phyllis Fox- Phyllis is the director of Church Relations and Youth in Ministry at Milligan College. She is married to Doug and has a daughter, Katy, who graduates from Milligan in May, 2010. The YIM Student Leadership Conference is her favorite event of the year. She says, “Besides being a wife and mom, there is nothing more fulfilling than helping teens explore God’s call for their lives.” YiM also leads the production team for the North American Christian Teen Convention. Ryan Evans- Ryan is a student at Milligan College. He volunteers regularly at Grace Fellowship Church along with being a teacher for their Vertical youth program. He is on the board for the Vespers program at Milligan, and is also an Resident Advisor. Troy Petrie- Troy is the liaison between YiM and Milligan College Admissions. He and his wife, Rachael, are Milligan graduates who have made East Tennessee their home. Troy is involved in various ministries in Johnson City including Lifehouse Church and the Melting Pot.
